Customers of our store are subject to our Terms of Service, including agreement to pricing, booking terms, non-refundable treatment and coaching policies, product purchase conditions, cancellation and rescheduling requirements (minimum 24 hours’ notice), and compliance with treatment suitability, consent, and aftercare guidance. Services and products are also subject to applicable UK consumer law.

Communication & SMS Policy

By providing your contact details, you agree to be contacted by Ed Harbourne (MaleAestheticsPT) via phone, email, and SMS for purposes including appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and service-related updates.

Where you have provided explicit consent, we may also send occasional promotional messages, offers, and updates.

Message frequency will vary depending on your interaction with us. We aim to keep all communication relevant and not excessive.

You can opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by:

  • Following the unsubscribe instructions in messages

  • Replying STOP to SMS messages

  • Contacting us directly

Please note that opting out of marketing communications will not affect essential service messages relating to your bookings or treatments.

SMS reminders are provided as a courtesy. Please note that not receiving a reminder does not exempt you from attending your scheduled appointment or from our cancellation policy.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your network provider. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to factors outside of our control.

Refund Policy

Non-Refund Policy – Designed to Protect Your Experience

At Ed Harbourne, our goal is to provide you with exceptional treatments, products, and coaching that deliver real results. To ensure clarity and a seamless experience for all our clients, please read our policy carefully before booking or purchasing.

Microneedling Treatments

Once your appointment is booked and confirmed, treatments are non-refundable.

We understand that life happens—appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24hrs hours / one (1) days notice. Missed or late cancellations may result in the treatment being considered used.

This policy ensures that we can maintain the highest quality of care and availability for all clients.

Skin Boosters & Vitamin B12 Injections

Due to the nature of injectable treatments, all skin booster and Vitamin B12 injection appointments are non-refundable once booked and confirmed.

Because products may be prepared, allocated, or ordered specifically for your appointment, cancellations made with less than 24 hours / one (1) day’s notice, missed appointments, or failure to attend may result in the treatment being considered used.

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

For safety, injectable products that have been opened, prepared, or designated for treatment cannot be refunded.

This policy supports treatment safety, clinical standards, and appointment availability for all clients Skin Boosters & Vitamin B12 Injections.

Products

All products purchased are non-refundable.

If a product is damaged or faulty on arrival, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or resolution.

This helps us maintain safety, hygiene, and quality for everyone.

Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions, including package sessions, are non-refundable.

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24hrs hours / one (1) days notice. Missed sessions without notice will be considered used.

This allows us to dedicate time and resources to your transformation without interruption.

Our Commitment to UK Law

We follow UK consumer law and will provide refunds where legally required, for example, for faulty products or services not delivered as described.

By booking a treatment, purchasing a product, or scheduling a coaching session, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.
